How does Survive Your Ideas work?

Each round, one random player becomes the Writer and types a single word. That word turns into a real event — a tsunami, a dinosaur, a nuke — and everyone has to survive it. Words stack for the rest of the match, so rounds get more chaotic the longer they run. The last player alive wins.

How do I redeem a code in Survive Your Ideas?

Open the game and select the Codes icon in the upper left corner of the screen. In the Codes tab that pops up, type the code exactly as shown and press Redeem.

What are Meta Words, and how do I unlock them?

Meta Words are special words that start with a slash, bought in the Meta Words menu in the lobby. Six of them cost Cash (from 250,000 to 750,000 Cash each), and four are Robux game passes that you keep forever and can fire once per match. Type the slash in a match — without it, the game treats the entry as a normal word.

How do I earn Cash?

Cash is the main currency and is mainly earned by surviving longer in matches. Unlocking entries in the in-game Index can also pay one-time Cash rewards. A regular spin costs 10,000 Cash; the THANKYOU code, when it works, gives free Lucky Spins instead.

Is there a complete list of every word in the game?

No, and there never can be a complete one. Any word can be typed: words in the game's Index fire set effects, near-miss spellings snap to the closest matching word, and completely unknown words spawn an NPC with the name you typed. Our database is a curated list of the words with known effects, grouped by the same categories the in-game Index uses.

How much do the Robux Meta Words cost?

Check the in-game Meta Words menu before you buy. Published guides disagreed with each other on the Robux prices on 2026-11-07, and the developers sometimes discount the four-word bundle, so only the price shown in the game itself is reliable. The Cash prices were consistent across sources when we checked: 250,000 to 750,000 Cash, 2,550,000 Cash for all six.
